Ethiopian cuisine is something I hadn't tried before. I have to say that I was pleasently surprised to find they make these huge pancake type things topped with spicy meats... mmm... tasty!

These giant yeast pancakes were topped with all sorts of spicy toppings, and tasted fantastic!
Post consumption photo... we couldnt' finish it, the pancakes are deceptively filling....
