I didn't realise that a mooncake had meat in it! These tasty Chinese treats are (from Wikipedia) "a Chinese confection traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Typical mooncakes are round or rectangular puck-shaped pastries, measuring about 10 cm in diameter and 4-5 cm thick. A thick pasty filling is surrounded by a relatively thin (2-3 mm) crust and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs." AND MEAT!!!
