And alas, we reach the final meatcake of Meatcake Week 2006. This one is a colorful meatcake with detailed decorations on top. A tasty looking cross section too! But don't fret Meatcake lovers, Meatcake Week will return in 2007! (and there's bound to be a few Meatcake posts during the year)

This year's meat cake was bold in palette

One must work quickly while decorating the meat cake, lest the mashed potatoes grow cold

Bold and beautiful (and tasty to boot).

It's a dense cake, yet the four of us ate our way through much of it. (This is just part-way through the repast.)
