I LOVE Pumpkin Pie, so much that I truly believe I could put a fairly hefty dent in this one. Although it is 6 foot wide, and weighs 678 pounds, so it might take me a little while... but it'd be fun trying!

Also on the list of ingredients were 26 pounds of shortening, 660 cups of evaporated milk and 41 cups of maple syrup.

The pie is due to be unveiled at a senior citizen apartment complex. The pie was made by a crew from the Alpen Rose Restaurant. It took six to eight hours to bake.
