What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving that by celebrating with Ham! These guys even made up their own holiday! Each of their workplaces would give them honey baked ham vouchers every year for Thanksgiving, so they decided to pool their resources and create "Hamsgiving Day". And with it came the Ham Tower, a creation of sliced smallgoods assembled in a tasty tower. Happy Hamsgiving!

It's from our friend's concocted holiday "hamsgiving." 4 of them separately received honey baked ham gift certificates from their respective places of work for the holidays and decided to cash them in together all at once--thus hamsgiving was born. When i asked for a description of this gloriously gluttonous holiday: "nothing should be consumed that doesnt belong to the animal kingdom. sauces are ok, such as basic ketchup, any type of gravy obviously (provided its stock was rendered from animal fat and/or bones), or the swedish meatball concoction from last year, but anything even suggesting the consistency of a mirepoix is to be considered strictly off-limits. further, in the realm of breads, i think the flour/egg dredge for fried chicken is definitely in play, but something like a hot dog bun is not. again, this is not gospel yet, as i do recall some depraved souls eating tacos with lettuce and tomatoes last year."
