Simply pouring someone else's commercial hot sauce over food isn't really in the spirit of these type of challenges. So easy to make your own chilli preparations from scratch using raw ingredients, there really aren't any excuses for taking shortcuts.

You need only look at the way these types of challenges are run in the United States, where most establishments manufacture/source their own unique chilli concoctions.

Besides, the Mega Death sauce isn't even the hottest sauce in the Blair's range (the title of which belongs to the 'Ultra Death' sauce, excluding the even hotter extracts).

That they promote it as being the "World's Hottest Chilli Burger" when it would, in reality, be a long way down the list of true contenders also doesn't rest terribly easily with me.

blair's MD is hotter the blair's UD.
other then that I kind of concede your point.
I know when I tried the burger the sauce was the only bit I had trouble with. and it was swimming in that sauce.
