Mmmm...one-pounders. And that pink is okay...not as bad as some of those nearly raw burgers in the In-n-Out 100x100 series. I realize now that pictures really are the way to go when chronicling these eating challenges. We did a DOUBLE one-pounder challenge at Fuddruckers a while back and I wish I'd have gotten more pics because even thought it's twice the meat, a write up with only one pic doesn't do the adventure any justice.
