"I would like a Big Mac, hold the pickles please"
(Ok)
"A cheeseburger with extra cheese"
(Ok)
"If I get a large fry, can I supersize?"
(A question, not an order)
"You know what, forget fries, I want an apple pie"
(Ok)
"I want a large coke, wait make that two"
(Ok)
"If I get really fat I will probably sue"
"But don't worry, 'cause I only want a shake"
(Confusion here: does asking for "only" something imply that he's cancelling everything else so far? )
"A McChicken, three cookies, and whatever you can make"
(Ok, ignoring the nonsense item)

Order at first chorus: A shake, a mcChicken, 3 cookies, and *maybe* a Big Mac, a Cheeseburger with extra cheese, an apple pie, and 2 large cokes

"My friends wants a McFlurry, hey, M&M or Oreo" (M&M)
(Ok)
"This order gonna cost a lot of dough"
