It's not constructed on site, it is straight from the menu. And available in all Memphis and New York restaurants in Finland. And it's very tasty.

Hi,
Here's a rough translation of the menu (my Finnish isn't wonderful). And yeah, the only difference between the Empire State off the menu and in that shot, was me having taken the two skewers out, and not having pineapple.

15. MEMPHIS BURGER™ 10,20
Two mince meat fillets, hambuger bun, bacon, marinated red onion, tomato, cheddar cheese, lettuce, gerkhin, (unknown) mayonnaisse and fries

16. VEGE BURGER 9,20
Wok-cooked (unknown) tomato sauce, hamburger bun, chèvre cheese, pesto oil, tomato and basil salsa, (unknown) mayonnaisse and fries

17. CHICKEN BURGER 10,20
Chicken fillet, hamburger bun, beer-battered onion rings, mozzerella, lettuce, lime and mint mayonnaisse, chimchurri mayonnaisse, gerkhin, and fries

18. CHIMICHURRI BURGER 10,50

So, the Empire State is the chimchurri on the bottom, the chicken burger in the middle, and then the Memphis burger on top. It was pretty awesome.
