Here's a damn tasty looking sandwich from Memphis, Tenissee. It's the Payne's Sandwich, a pulled pork sandwich topped with some sort of chutney stuff.... mmmm... Elvis would have been proud!

This sandwich kicks every ounce of butt that I remembered. The bun was toasted on the grill. The flavorful pork was loaded with crispy, caramelized bits. The sauce was sweet, spicy, and delicious. And that bright neon slaw. Oh, man, how I loved this sandwich. The brain said, “Pace yourself,” but the stomach shouted, “Go, cat, go!” This is what Memphis barbecue is all about.
