Casey had a date with V tonight, Valentine's Day. She doesn't like vegetables, and can't eat flour, so I made them a meatcake for dinner. Sadly, I didn't get a picture of it sliced, as I didn't send my camera along with Casey, but he said it looked like a very nice layer cake. The layers were, of course, meatloaf. It was iced with mashed potatoes, topped with a heart of ketchup.
