Israeli chefs said they made the world's biggest Gefilte Fish just in time to consume it for the Jewish New Year. The huge loaf of fish, a traditional dish eaten during the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashana feast, was made by an Israeli chef at the Newe Ilan hotel in Jerusalem. The hotel's manager, Armen Grunervald, said the massive fish loaf, shaped in the form of a fish, was served on the eve of Rosh Hashana. Grunervald said he believed the 50-kilograms of fish was the biggest in the world but has yet to confirm it with the Guinness Book of World Records. "From what we know it's the biggest gefilte fish that's been done for Rosh Hashana."
