Who would have thought something so disgusting could be equally as dangerous? See if you can guess how many grams and the %age of the recommended daily intake of cholesterol this sucker has! (Actually, I have had lambs brains before.... crumbed they're not too bad ;))

Holy shite!! My Grandmother grew up on a farm and told me about eating these things when the family would go through the butchering rituals every winter. How the hell she lived to be 103 I'll never know. But they didn't have all these freaking preservatives that we have today. Still I don't think I want to try this......
