They make sandwiches like that at The Vortex Bar and Grill in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. You can get a Coronary Bypass burger, a Double Bypass burger, or the Super-Stack Heart Attack burger.

Saw this on a poster at the Friendly's restaurant in North Myrtle Beach in Aug 2010. They called it the grilled cheese bacon cheeseburger. Two grilled cheese sandwiches, thick burger patty, bacon and American cheese on the patty.
