Those are common at Scandinavia. Called Breadcake. Salty cake.

It's not called a bread cake.. -.-

It's called a smörgåstårta. In english, a sandwhich cake. It's made with bread, usually a rye or wheat but can be made with flour loaf bread, shrimp, ham and eggs. Around where I live it's made with butter and mayonnaise but can be made with other things. The person above did get one thing right, it's generally made in Scandinavia. Sweden, Norway, Finland, yadda yadda.
