This is probably the most impressive thing I have actually ever seen on here.

A lot of things people put on here (the first Bacon Burger for example) are uttely shit made with crap ingredients, though they may be large, you wouldn't want to eat them. But this looks beautiful both in presentation AND in taste. Also good documenting of how it was made, good photos, and good description. Full marks.

Well done, it looks awfully nice!
