It's actually "Katsu-don" which is deep fried breaded pork cutlet, or cutlets, in this case, on top of rice (anything "don" means "on rice in a bowl") with raw scrambled eggs poured over the top, which steam cook with the heat of the rice and the pork. BTW: Good KatsuDon is like kissing god.
Haven't finished watching it, but I'll update the rest later.
