The Bacon Apple Pie Recipe

Made one of these this past weekend - this recipe rocks!
Made two minor changes - used 5/8 cup of Splenda Brown Sugar blend instead of the sugar, and 2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch instead of the Flour. Used regular, store brand bacon, which left the bacon flavor a little bland - next time I'm going to find a stronger smoked bacon. Maybe a double smoked or applewood smoked version.
