The BBQ Sausage Recipe of all Recipes

My family loved this recipe - I put the Italian sausage in a one gallon Ziplock bag and mixed and rolled the sausage flat in the bag. Then cut the bag and the square of sausage exactly fit on the bacon weave. I didn't have a smoker but my oven worked nicely with an oven thermometer inserted to tell when the roll was done.
