The 1600m loaf of Bread for Kings Day

On January 6, 2008, in the central Zocalo square in Mexico City, 2300 bakers created a mammoth 1600m, 10,000kg Bread Roll to celebrate "Kings Day". Every year this event attracts some 200,000 people, and the bread itself consists of 6600kg of flour, 3000kg of butter and 1500 litres of milk. I wonder how much coffee they sell to go with the cake?

Hog's Breath 1.6kg Rib Eye Steak Challenge, Redcliffe, QLD, AU
Nothing beats a good Aussie steak, especially when it weighs in at 1.6kg's! The Redcliffe Hog's Breath Cafe, a member of the popular Australian Hog's Breath Restaurant chain recently released their own Supersized challenge. Coming in at $119, this is not what you'd call a cheap challenge! The Challenge: Eat a 1.6kg Prime Rib Steak. The Prize: Get your photo on a plate on the wall and a t-shirt. Hog-star!

Mario's 10 Egg Big Breakfast Challenge, Westhoughton, UK
I've seen plenty of "Big Breakfasts" on restuarant menu's, but nothing like this one! The challenge: eat their "Big Breakfast", 10 eggs, 10 sausages, 10 rashers of bacon, 10 slices of toast, five black pudding slices, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked bean in 20 minutes or less (without a drink). The Prize: get it for free, otherwise fork over £10.95. (which is pretty damn good considering what you're getting!). 5,000 calories of Full English!

Beer is food right? Well, they say there's a meal in every glass. I wonder how many meals these ladies are carrying? Germany recently hosted the world record attempt for carrying the most steins of beer.
