Dave "Megamunch" Shoffner and the lads from the UEPa recently did the Ultimate Philly Cheesesteak Tour. They visited six of the best cheesesteak joints in South Philly. This is a pic from "Steaks on South", a very moist Cheesesteak indeed!

We got a variety of pulled pork sandwiches to compare. The unofficial result - try the Silver Bullet BBQ's Pulled Pork. They had much better buns, cuter serving staff, hot grillmen - oh, ya, the pulled pork was good too.

That $9.95 pizza not quite enough to impress your rich friends with? Why not just add gold? That's what one contestant at the NY Pizza Show did. Apparently the pizza was quite good, which was a shame because the gold leaf apparently added little to the pizza (other than a little more bling). Adam from SliceNY reports...

This one was from Spain, though we didn't know that at the time, since it was a double-blind judging. Gold leaf was laid on the pie. It didn't have a flavor. This one was great. The crust, sauce, cheese distro. Everything. The only complaint I had was that it had gold leaf on it, which is more gimmick than anything.
