World's Longest Yakatori Stick

One thing I've noticed around Hong Kong is the huge number of street vendors serving up Yakatori Sticks. Even though "Yakatori" is Japanese, there's quite a bit of Japanese cuisine in Hong Kong. Measuring in at 16.46 meters, I doubt you'd get one for HK$5!

Giant Ice Cream Sundae, Kowloon, Hong Kong

The Eggy Burger Challenge

Since 2004, Stu and Covers have been experimenting with how many eggs they can handle on a single burger. 3 in 2004, 4 in 2005, and 5 in in 2006. And for every egg they put on the burger, they gave 40c to charity!

From: http://web.mac.com/groverjones/iWeb/MC944/Burgers.html

It started so innocently. A simple question: "How many eggs can you fit in a hamburger?" But the answer was amazing! "Five...no wait, six!" Sounded like a challenge to us. Stu, man of the people, offered 40c per egg more than 1 in each burger to the Guide Dogs. He was secretly hedging his bets in case the eggs sent us blind.
