In this series, I explored the relationship between food consumption and class. The bright colors and soft texture of children's snacks construct a romantic scenario which draws my attention to the dangerous ingredient behind them. Mexican chefs make World's Biggest Cheesecake
Contributed by: Billy
Using literally a ton of Cream Cheese, a ton of yogurt, 350 kilograms (772 pounds) of pastry, 250 kilograms (551 pounds) of sugar and 150 kilograms (331 pounds) of butter, a group of Mexican Chefs have created the World's Biggest Cheesecake. Apparently there weren't any previous records for the World's Largest Cheesecake, so it was immediately awarded to them by Guinness World Records. I wonder if they use the full-fat or Reduced Fat Cream Cheese?

A pound of ham, a pound of turkey, a pound of roast beef, a pound of provologne, a whole tomato, a bunch of roasted peppers, a whole cucumber, all on an entire loaf of italian bread. Did he eat the whole thing? Don't know, but that would be pretty epic...
