Nottingham Road Burger Comp winner, 120lb Burger!

Could this be the largest burger ever created? Back in early November, we wrote about the Nottingham Hill Tourism Burger Making Competition. Well, the competition has come and gone, but the burgers live on! We've just received the photos of the event, and they're pretty damn impressive! There's a few unusual burgers, like the Ali Cats and Cosyflames Burger Platter, and one with a little bit too much bun, but the undisputed champion is the entry from The Junction Restaurant. Weighing in at a massive 120lbs (56kgs), this 4 patty monstrocity is mighty meaty!

The BBB this year was great - the winning burger (although a little undercooked) weighed 56 kgs - with 4 patties. The Junction Restuarant won this years competition.

The LunchZilla Milk Challenge

"Lunchzilla" was faced with three challenges. First challenge, to eat an 8lb Burrito. Second challenge, to eat 7 Saltines in 60 seconds. The third, and most difficult challenge, drink 1 gallon of Chocolate milk, and hold it down for 7 minutes. Can he meet all three challenges? Funny stuff!

The bet: Drink a gallon of milk in less than an hour and hold it down for 7 minutes. The wager: Lunch at Taco Bell. The results: See for yourself...

SupersizedMeals.com 1st Birthday Meatcake

Happy birthday to us... happy birthday to us! And what better way to celebrate than with a 20lb (9kg) meatcake! It took a few hours to prepare (I need a bigger oven), but overall everyone was happy with the outcome. Mmm... meatcake! I've also included the recipe that I used for each meatcake patty, so you can make either a 4 stack like this one, or any size you like. Enjoy!

The Hamburglar Cake

Ok, so it's not quite a meatcake, but looks an awful lot like one. It's the Hamburglar cake, and one lucky 4 year old got it made for his 4th birthday! A very tasty looking cake that looks like a burger.

First step in making the hamburger cake for Zack's 4th birthday...I had to mix milk chocolate frosting, orange paste food coloring and yellow paste food coloring to get the "bun" color.

One of the more healthier meatcakes I've seen, this one sports quite a few vegetables as decorations on top of the cake.
