Bear Silber got his start in the pizza business by devouring a 20-inch, five-pound pie in just 38 minutes.And as serendipity would have it, the 26-year-old Silber is now part owner of Pizza Party in Santa Clara, the same restaurant where he performed his feat in December 2006. Back in February 1999, a group of people in Sal Salvador got together to raise money for the San Salvador hospotal by creating one of the World's Largest Paellas. It consisted of 1000 pounds of chicken, 400 pounds of pork, 1000 pounds of vegetables, and 550 pounds of rice. It was enough to feed 2500 people! Seconds anyone?
