300lb Japanese Hamburger claims to be World's Largest

Admittedly this burger does weigh in heavier than Mallie's 185lb'er, but it's not available to be ordered off the menu, so it doesn't really qualify as the World's Largest Hamburger (well, in my book anyway). Still, a mighty fine effort! Although I don't think I'd be too keen on trying it.... what gives with the black buns?

From: http://www.japanprobe.com/2009/07/05/the-worlds-biggest-hamburger/

The hamburger, which was made for a promotional event for the Phoenix Seagaia Resort, weighed it at 136.2 kilograms (300 pounds), beating the previous world record burger, which weighed a measly 84 kilograms (185 pounds).

BlackMetalTroy322 and the White Castle Burgers challenge

In response to Bruz40, BlackMetalTroy322 is out to down 11 or more White Castle Sliders in 10 minutes or less. I'm not sure, but I think it's an unwritten law to get your shirt off half way through the challenge. Watch for the mad riff skillz near the end of the vid. LOL!

There was 18 on the plate. Was jammin to some Marduk with my friend Steven.

OTCA does the Cheeseburger Pizza

Not one to be satisfied with just a Super Whopper, a Super Aussie Burger and a Super Triple Bacon Deluxe Burger, Griffin decided to delve into the world of Italian Fusion Cuisine. Behold, the Cheeseburger Pizza. Sure, you've seen it before, but the Cheeseburger Pizzas are better at Hungry Jacks!

From: http://www.otca.com.au/burgersp.html

This was the first item I started on. I bought a frozen pizza (Double beef and bacon) instead of a plain pizza base, to give it a little extra flavour. Placing four Cheeseburgers on each quarter, I filled in all the spaces with the chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings. The problem with spacing out the burgers was that it was more difficult covering it all with cheese. I didn't have that problem the day before because there was a lot less stuff on the pizza to cover.

Cherry jello with Value Time hot dogs, etc

Yes, you read right... it's Jello with various other savoury ingredients moulded in. Pimento stuffed green olives and boiled eggs on a bed of cucumber and kale. I'm curious... so very curious...

From: http://www.flickr.com/photos/stuart_spivack/2683216651/

After I put the liquid into the mold, everything started floating around so it's hard to tell exactly what's going on. Unfortunately, I'm not even sure you can tell that those are hot dogs without reading the description

World's Largest Lamington, 1320kg, Ipswich, QLD, AU

The Lamington. A sponge cake (or, more traditionally, butter cake) in the shape of a cube, coated in a layer of traditionally chocolate icing then desiccated coconut. And where should the World's Largest Lamington reside? Where else but where it originated, Queensland, Australia! And while a Lamington is mostly cake, having it weigh in at 1,320kg is a mighty fine effort. It took ten bakery staff four days of none stop work to create this giant cake!

From: http://www.news.com.au/couriermail/story/0,20797,25813993-3102,00.html

THE finishing touches are being made to a possible record-breaking 1320kg lamington. Celebrating world National Lamington Day, Ipswich locals have built the giant cake hoping it makes the Guinness Book of Records.

Bacon Pig

How do you make your everyday meatloaf awesome? Make it look like a little pig, and wrap it in bacon! That's what carlh did at this years Superbowl party. Here piggy piggy... tasty tasty little piggy...

From: http://warehouse.carlh.com/article_157/

What was your pigskin pick for the Superbowl? Mine was bacon. Err, long drawn out and ludicrous analogy here: Superbowl ~ football ~ pigskin ~ bacon-wrapped pork loaf. It'll become clear later. Here's the thought. People have been building all sorts of crazy stuff out of the wonder that is bacon, from the lowly bacon-wrapped scallops to the mighty meat house. But has anyone tried to restore a Frankenstein's Monster-like dignity to the pig from which the bacon hails? Probably not, because most people aren't this crazy.

The BA-K-47 - Bacon Assult Rifle

Everything is better with bacon.... including an AK-47 Assult Rifle apparently! Covered in bacon, this is one meaty piece of artiliary that will be sure to scare off any pork hating enemy. I wonder if the bacon cooks if you fire off a few dozen rounds?
