Bacon Cups

Thanks Aaron! The guys over at Not Martha have come up with a genius idea! Make little cups from bacon, then fill them with lettuce and tomato! If you remember our earlier story about the Perfect BLT then you'll relate to just how awesome this is!

From: http://www.notmartha.org/archives/2008/02/27/bacon-cups/

I had an occasion calling for bacon themed food and my mind immediately turned towards the famed bacon mat. I needed something a little more single-serving though, so I decided to attempt bacon cups. In the bacon mat instructions there is mention of draping the mat over an overturned metal bowl and cooking it so that it would turn out in as a bowl shape. I decided to try using the backs of various muffin and mini cake pans, I ran out of bacon before I got to try as many as I would have liked so I'll have to try more at a later date. Any excuse for more bacon.

Giant Kebab Meat!

Where are all these Giant Kebab places I keep finding? I only seem to have standard sized ones around my area. And how long does it take for these guys to sell a whole one of these anyway? Do they just leave it on there overnight? Ew. They'd want to sell a truckload of kebabs to use it all in one day!?!?

New World's Largest Hamburger, 134lb'er, Mallie's Sports Bar, Southgate, MI
While this hasn't been given the official title of the World's Largest Commercially Available Hamburger yet by Guinness World Records, the scales seem to suggest this is the case! Originally aiming for 150lb's, it came in a little underweight, but still surpassed the previous World record holder, the 123lb "Main Event" burger from Denny's Beer Barrel Pub. A packed restaurant was there to witness the event including the Southgate Mayor Norma Wurmlinger!

12 Stacker from Burger King?!

Julio's "friends" dared him to eat a 12 Stacker from Burger King. Now I'm pretty sure it's not a 12 Stacker Whopper, but instead a 12 Stacker Cheeseburger. A bun, 12 cheeseburger patties, 12 slices of cheese. The unveiling from the bag is classic! Wait till the end, there's a little surprise in store...
