The World's Smallest Microwave
Contributed by: Billy
You probably won't fit your Supersized Meals in here, but I thought it was worth a mention. It's the world's smallest microwave. About the size of a cooler, you can heat your lunch on the go!

The WaveBox is a Microwave lunchbox with a cooler built in - it can be powered anywhere you go, on AC or DC
Expensive enough to feed most people for a week, this £100 meal contains only the most exclusive and expensive ingredients. With lavish shavings of white truffles - the most expensive type in the world, best not to follow this one down with a coke and chips...
From: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?...
It is the ultimate lunchtime snack using the most sought-after ingredients from across the Continent. But at £100 a time it costs more than dinner for one in some of the finest restaurants around the world.

Japanese goldfish live in (and clean) a deep fryer
Contributed by: Billy
This is crazy! These Goldfish are actually living in a working Deep Fryer! Fish live in the water below the heated oil that sits on top of the water. Any crumbs fall down through to the water, where the goldfish can safely eat them. Amazing!
From: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZH96MhITOlk
there is a cooling system between the water and the oil. It took them ten years to develop it. So the bits of tempura batter fall down and stick together, which keeps the oil clean (the bits don't float around and burn). Also, if you throw frozen pieces of food into a fryer, usually the oil will react violently, but now the waters sinks and cools instead of becoming vapor.
Silver Bullet BBQ's Pulled Pork
Contributed by: Billy
I've only just recently discovered the joys of pulled pork. This picture certainly does it justice...

We got a variety of pulled pork sandwiches to compare. The unofficial result - try the Silver Bullet BBQ's Pulled Pork. They had much better buns, cuter serving staff, hot grillmen - oh, ya, the pulled pork was good too.

The Jello Stapler Office Prank
Contributed by: Billy
Got a new guy in at work? How about an annoying co-worker? Boost staff morale (for everyone else except for them) with this fine prank. Take one stapler, coffee mug, phone, whatever isn't bolted down, and encase it in a mold of Jello! See the shock and dismay as they try and fish their office tools out of a sticky, gooey, jelly mould!
From: http://www.jellostapler.com/stapler-in-jello.html
Stapler Quotes: Dwight Schrute: Damnit, he put my stapler in jello again. Gareth Keenan: He's put my stapler inside a jelly again! A coworker (before I gave to my boss): You know the last employee who put a stapler in jello got fired.

Yes, you read right.... Chicken Fried Bacon Strips. 7 years ago, Frank Sodolak at Sodolak's Original Country Inn in Snook, TX, was coming up with ideas for appetisers. "I wonder what bacon would taste like, chicken fried? So I tried it...", he thought. And his latest menu item was born. A simple, tasty recipe, bacon strips dipped in chicken fried batter and deep fried!

Cheese Doodle sculpture. Lapides Gallery. Santa Fe, New Mexico
Contributed by: Billy
Googlemaps Location: Santa Fe, NM, USA
Cheese Doodles are a crunchy cheesey snack, shaped like a very long peanut. This person had a few spare, so thought they'd create some artistic sculptures out of them. Must have worked out for them, it's currently in the Lapides Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico!

Giant Haggis
Contributed by: Billy
Haggis. Some would call it one of the most disgusting sausages ever created. With ingredients like sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately an hour (Wikipedia) it's not surprising people cringe at the idea of eating one. And if a "normal" sized haggis isn't enough, check this one out. A giant Haggis. Reminds me of those sand worms from the movie "Dune"!
